A vintage majolica dish shaped like a large fig or grape leaf, with beautifully shaded green and amber glaze and naturalistic veining. Finished with a looped handle in the form of a vine. This piece likely originates from the Caldas da Rainha ceramic tradition of Portugal, known for its naturalistic forms and richly pooled glazes. Stamped on the underside with mold numbers, circa 1890-1930
