This handmade ceramic table lamp brings a strong sense of texture and craft to any space. Artist, Meg Morrison forms each base from clay and fires it only once, a lower-energy process that keeps production efficient and intentional.
The shade and base are wrapped in a hand-crocheted cover made from deadstock fabric yarn—material salvaged from the fashion industry that would otherwise go to waste. The lamp is finished with a simple cork finial made from a repurposed bottle cork.
The result is a sturdy, functional lamp with a soft, tactile surface and a clean, modern profile. It works well on a bedside table, desk, or sideboard, adding quiet character and a layer of handcrafted detail to a room.
