A finely handcrafted Danish oak display cabinet made around the 1930s by cabinetmaker Rud. Egon Leo Arne Gunnar Büüs Nielsen (b, 1910, Randers, Denmark). This unique piece showcases the detailed work of a trained kunstsnedker (fine cabinetmaker), featuring arched glass-paneled doors, hand-carved dentil molding, two drawers with brass pulls, and a lower open shelf with scalloped apron.

Hidden within is a secret drawer bearing an inked inscription by the maker, detailing his name, birthplace and a note that the piece was made from a mix of old and new materials. Most notably, the lock on the cabinet door dates to 1816, adding historic character and a story-rich detail.
