Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy:

USPS/UPS:

Items that fit into a box will be shipped and insured via UPS or USPS within 3 business days. The shipping price will be calculated at the time of checkout.

Whenever possible recycled or recyclable packaging will be used for shipping.

White Glove In-Home Delivery:

Items that require white glove delivery due to size or fragility, will be noted in their product descriptions. Please contact us to provide a shipping quote at info@andfoundfurnishings.com. You will be responsible for the white glove shipping charges which are in addition to the cost of the item.

Damage Claims:

We cherish the pieces we sell as much as you do and take great care in packaging items securely. We are not responsible for any damage that is incurred once the items leave our possession. We provide insurance through USPS/UPS for items that we ship however, any damage claims will need to be handled directly with the shipper by the client. The same applies to any deliveries made through any third-party white glove delivery services.

Return Policy:

All items are sold “as is” and are final sale. We pride ourselves in selecting one-of-a-kind vintage and artisan-made pieces that are not inherently perfect by nature. We do our best to provide accurate photos and information about the condition of each piece.
