This table and four-chair set features steam-bent hickory sapling frames with tightly woven splint seats and backs in a weathered painted finish. The 42” square table showcases the brand’s signature style with natural branch legs, cross-stretcher base, and a joined plank top, complete with hand-applied scalloped apron edges. The underside of the table retains remnants of an original Old Hickory paper label, further supporting its provenance.
Each piece is handcrafted using traditional mortise-and-tenon joinery and pegged construction, highlighting the enduring strength and character that define early Old Hickory pieces.
